I'm Jack. I started TikMarketing, and today we're one of the UK's leading TikTok Shop agencies and an official TikTok Shop Partner. Our clients do around £35M a year through the platform.

We grew because of the people who joined early and treated our clients' brands as if they were their own. The next few years depend on who joins next, so I take hiring personally.
