Reasonable adjustments

We want every candidate to be able to show what they can do. If anything about our process makes that harder for you, tell us and we'll change it. For example: - extra time on the written task - a different format - a phone call instead of video - an interview without recording - breaks - questions in writing beforehand

How to ask. Use the adjustments box on the application form, or the link in any message we send you. You can also reply to any of our messages, or email hello+careers@tikmarketing.co.uk.

Who sees it. A person reads your request and arranges it. The people scoring your work never see it, and neither does the AI.

Does it count against you? Asking never affects your application in any way.
